By day, I work as a Business Systems Analyst Lead at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, mapping technology onto business processes for a living. I bring that same skill set to Tech Solutions Nate — streamlining workflows, integrating new tools with the systems a business already has, and making technology work for people instead of against them. With years of hands-on experience, I've earned the nickname "Tech Support Nate" for my ability to troubleshoot just about anything.

I've spent over a decade working in systems administration, solutions architecture, and business systems analysis — most recently leading a cross-functional team at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems as a Business Systems Analyst Lead, after several years as a Solutions Architect and Systems Administrator, including a background in the U.S. Navy.
